I'm trying to use up a lot of fresh produce before I leave for my trip. I'll be making and freezing some cucumber radish soup and also salsa. Freezing the big package of strawberries I didn't finish. I also created a new (to me) pureed soup. Olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 white onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 lb of carrots, 3 large parsnips, 16 oz frozen cauliflower, 4 serranos, 1 habanero. The parsnips totally dominated just so you know!
