Just made one of my favortie quick go-to meals. It’s low protein which I purposefully cycle. However, could be easily upgraded with tofu or pumfu (we don’t eat soy in the household at all due to kiddo’s allergy).
Saute a happy amount of diced onion and minced garlic in happy amount of olive oil. Add a couple of cups of shredded red and green cabbage. Wilt it to crunch point (or past if you like soft). Add a ton of red pepper flakes, chilis, whatever is spicy good. Eat. Nom.
Also delicious added to a protein patty and smacked on a bun. Or Carbonaut bread which is my go-to treat. Spendy so it’s a once in awhile.
And edamame!
