What is the minimum number dead to qualify an incident as one? Asking for a friend.
I heard they'll be changing the definition to 5 victims due to murder inflation.
Federal authorities and criminologists actually classify people who kill more than one person into three different groups: serial killers, spree killers and mass murderers. link
Possibly they should develop a separate category for covid spreaders.

I've usually seen 3 or 4 victims minimum. That we need to define and regularly use such a metric is unfuckingbelievable.
