I previously uploaded this video in the main post, but am not sure how many people saw it. The press keep referring to them as border barriers or as Texas border buoy barriers. What few reports have noted is that they are meant to physically harm humans, not just to keep them out. This video clearly shows that a sharp metal blade has been placed in between each buoy. It was taken the day before body found impaled on one of them.
