That sounds pretty cold and boring but when you find the right person to tell the story... it is anything but... and that person is NOT me. I add commentary but leave the hefty nuance to the experts. I have very debilitating brain fog ATM so please, if I missed something...add it in a comment. I would like this to be a fairly comprehensive depository (repository? Is online storage a deposit?) of information, albeit not as professionally done as some might like.

Federal prosecutors have requested a judge order tRUMP lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before grand jury. In a sane world Corcoran‘s lawyer/client privilege argument will fail. As will Pence’s exec privilege or speech and debate clause arguments.

Corcoran’s will fail because Eastman’s failed already in front if a judge who rules there is substantial evidence of crimes.

Pence will fail because exec privilege has failed in so many prior instances and resides with current office holder. As for speech and debate—Pence is not a senator (and tie breaker as ‘president of the senate’ as VP doesn’t apply) and he wrote and is promoting a book.

An aside—one good thing about delays in DOJ is all these morons try to hop on the gravy train by writing books immediately after leaving office.
