So, was looking up something today and found some interesting facts. The first succesful polio vaccine was released in 1955. Polio wasn't considered eradicated in North & South America until 1994. Some basic thoughts: How many people will die of Covid-19 if it takes 40 years to eradicate? Would we have reacted differently if the initial deaths were children instead of the elderly?

Compelling Covid diary

I posted this in one of the SAV posts but I'm pretty much hooked on this guy's diary. He is an ICU physician working in NJ. He started a diary in 2020 during the start of the pandemic. He now posts them on Reddit two years after. He made a comment on his first post that it was done to save his sanity. Not 100% sure how to post Redditt links, so my best attempts didn't work.
