I usually do my SAVing on a PC, because reading the comments on an iPhone 12 was a major PITA. Between the "wtf" showing up and the page refreshing back to the beginning of the comments, it just wasn't worth the frustration.
Then I got a Google Pixel 7 Pro (and I am not affiliated with Google in any way, so please don't take this as an endorsement). Now I can scroll through the comments all day long, and so far I have had no "wtfs" or page reloads. None.
I don't usually come to the forums at all, but thought I'd drop this here for anyone who might be at the end of a cell phone contract or was merely considering a new device. I have been a long time iPhone user, so acclimating myself to a new OS has been a challenge, but so far I am impressed with this phone.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming...
Yeah my new phone definitely displays the forum correctly now. I didn't even visit to forums again until recently, since my last phone displayed the forum poorly.
Hey. We must gatekeep the Pixel before the goes through the roof. 😄
I love my Pixel phone. I love my Chromebook. Both are super easy to use and sync together no matter which one I'm using. I hate YouTube Music though, so everyone knows I'm not a complete whore for Google products.
Nice! I've had Androids forever. I don't think they're necessarily better, just different. As a tech nerd, I like the heavy-duty customization that's available. If anyone switches over, I'm happy to answer questions or help however I can.
Wait! You mean it is actually possible to be on SAV without the constant resets and being taken to the top of the thread every 3rd page? Oh man, I just cannot think how much of a pain in the ass it would be for me to not have an iPhone. It’s literally the only kind I’ve ever had.
