This fellow communicates as though he has more than half the usual MAGA minion moron brain, and yet his "sources" are the worst of the worst. (no doubt to affirm his bigotry, willful ignorance and love of tRUMP)
Thank you for the work that you do.
Thanks, DA. But did I miss the part where his death was tied to COVID?
Long covid sequelae (?). But that is an assumption, probably as likely as Prighozin's plane going down and having something to do with Putin.
It was almost certainly a huge part of his demise even though he may not have gotten it again. Hospitalized and on a vent for who knows how long and COVID pneumonia on top of the usual lung damage and the toll it took on his kidneys and other organs? See more below...
A new study of veterans that began in 2020 shows that after 2 years those who were ravaged by COVID may still die 2 years later and those with milder cases are also at a heightened risk even two years later of 2 dozen medical conditions. (I am the latter)
“A lot of people think, ‘I got covid, I got over it and I’m fine,’ and it’s a nothingburger for them. But that’s not everything,” said the study’s senior author, Ziyad Al-Aly, a clinical epidemiologist at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. After a couple of years, “maybe you’ve forgotten about the SARS-CoV-2 infection … but covid did not forget about you. It’s still wreaking havoc in your body,” said Al-Aly, chief of research at the Veterans Affairs St. Louis Health Care System.
“Covid is not the only viral outbreak that has produced long-term after effects. Topol noted that people who survived the 1918 influenza pandemic had an elevated risk of developing Parkinson’s disease years later, while some people who had polio in the first half of the 20th century developed a constellation of symptoms known as post-polio syndrome decades afterward.”
He certainly had the gift of projection...
To think there are millions out there like this.
