Dominic Pezzola sentencing: ‘A day earlier, Kelly sentenced two of Pezzola's co-defendants, Proud Boys Joe Biggs and Zachary Rehl, to 17 and 15 years in prison, respectively. He acknowledged Friday that unlike those men, Pezzola had been acquitted of the seditious conspiracy charge. But he also said Pezzola's assault on police and his unique role in causing the first breach of the Capitol made him an individually significant factor in the attack on the Capitol.
The defendants all wanted theur charfes dropped, especially seditious conspiracy and this POS got his dropped. Spontaneous my lilly white ass! Here is a map from Donald.win (one of many) reminding how to surround, which places were most important, how many cops and how many reps inside. But yeah, they were just protesting spontaneously...https://archive.org/details/thedonald.winselectposts/11RO2jsYsq_map.png
"You really were in some ways the tip of the spear that allowed people to get into the Capitol," Kelly said. After saying he'd accepted responsibility and sobbing for mercy in front of Judge Kelly — and receiving a 10-year downward variance — a smiling Dominic Pezzola raised his fist and shouted "Trump won!" as he was led out of the courtroom. ‘
2) Dominic Pezzola posted a video of himself smoking a cigar and saying, "Victory smoke in the Capitol, boys. ... I knew we could take this (expletive MF) over if we tried hard enough." Said that he plans to return to "kill every single m-fer" he can.Once inside, prosecutors say Pezzola posted a video of himself smoking a victory cigar. In one of the orders denying his release, a federal judge noted that Pezzola told investigators he smoked the cigar because “he considered the objective achieved, stopping the certification of the election pursuant to the instructions of the then President.” (This is Pezolla at another event chomping on a cigar.)
3) FAFO: Pezzola’s wife says she is unhappy that her husband is in lockdown when he should be home, and says her boys miss him. There lawyer’s say he “In late December, Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio posted a group photo with the caption "Lords of War # J6# J20"– a photo that featured Pezzola prominently.” The wife says he should be home because he only broke a window that let insurrectionists in … and says he is former marine corp completing his duty. Magee says January 6 was just “a single day.” “A single day does not determine a man’s entire life,” she said. The former lawyers insisted that Pezzola was wracked in guilt and said he was misinformed and would disassociate with the Proud Boys. This new batch of lawyers are saying otherwise and Pezzola is not making any pleas… Finding bomb making info on a thumb drive is relevant to the release of a violent Proud by, not his family missing him, FFS. https://www.wusa9.com/article/news/national/capitol-riots/proud-boy-dominic-pezzola-family-speaks-capitol-riot-social-justice-proud-boys-donald-trump/65-f31e5444-cfda-46f1-b11a-a272b53424b8
Magee is a former social worker who – in a twist of irony she hasn’t missed – used to work in pretrial services. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
This is a new one. They removed money (It was huge.... 5 figures I believe? I wish I had a prescious screenshot) because they knew the sentence would invlude him owing restitution for damages and theft...
