Sentenced 1) Eric Bochene AKA Eric Bochenek AKA Eric Festo ,New York, QAnon, sovereign citizen had contacted a mutual acquaintance to brag he was one of the first people in the Capitol, (He wrote Capital and also that he was in the white house) and that he had broken a window. "It was all a false flag. Insurrection act signed last night. Leftistbtrash [sic] are being executed right now." Knowingly entering or remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds without Lawful Authority; Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds. DOJ site says he pled guilty to all counts? 2) Eric Bochene wants to represent himself… sounds like the other sovereign citizen “defense.” Judge Moss is suggesting that's not the wisest course. Bochene is also complaining, vigorously, that he really wants to cooperate w/the feds about Jan. 6 but they don't really want his assistance... Bochene wants to go to trial BEFORE October. He has "very important matters" to attend to with his family, he tells the judge.
3) This asshole Bochene is arguing he was a journalist on Jan 6. He also wants to talk about case dismissal, and judge fires back he has not sent in that paperwork… "At this point, I'm heavily leaning toward motion the court to move toward a evidentiary hearing" Bochene asks if the feds have witnesses Bochene can depose. Judge says you don't do that in criminal cases. Federal prosecutor tells judge the Justice Dept has sent plea offer to Bochene. "Mr Bochene should have an opportunity to review that," prosecutor says Bochene, "At this point I haven't gone through the letter too much, but it does not look very appealing to me." 4) Feb 16, 2023… ‘Bochene is appearing as he failed to follow orders to get a psych exam and insists he has submitted his birth certificate as part of record today. Bochene is now pressing the judge about whether the court acknowledges Bochene to be "a living man, "is now objecting to the court putting his name on court filing. Bochene asks judge to refer to him as "Eric" ... judge says no. He introduces himself to court by saying he's appearing "under duress"
Bochene tells judge he won't use the term "judge".. but will instead call him "Administrator." Judge says: "I need you to voluntarily submit for an examination... or I'm going to send the Marshals to arrest you"
Bochene says "I'm with law enforcement and they beg to differ" Judge: "That's a threat" .. and says he's close to revoking Bochene's pretrial release. Bochene says "from my research ...
