1) Guy Wesley Reffit, Texas, 3 percenter, Dues paying member of “Texas Freedom Force.” TITFF worked in the oil business, recently began his own “security’ group” via GoFundMe now removed , TTP Security LLC was a front to get illegal weapons as he messaged a fellow rioter: to give his militia access to law enforcement grade guns and ammunition to “take back our country.”

Charges: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds; Obstruction of Justice - Hindering Communication Through Physical Force or Threat of Physical Force. The defendant remains committed. His wife told NYT he is a member of far-right wannabe militia group Three Percenters, threatened his oldest son after telling them he was in the Capitol. Reffitt threatened the daughter if she records him “will have crossed the line, betrayed the family,” and he was going to “put a bullet through” the daughter’s phone. “If you turn me in, you’re a traitor and you know what happens to traitors … traitors get shot.” What a cold bastard! They’re lucky we didn’t shoot them.” Reffitt yelled “We’re taking the Capitol before the day is over. Ripping them out by their hair" with a gun on his hip. Reffitt said before the attack, “I don’t care if Pelosi’s head is hitting every stair as I drag her by her ankles, she is coming out.”

3) Reffitt convicted of all five counts in his jury trial Feds seeking a terrorism enhancement. ‘Guy Reffitt's case, because his offense level was 31, the enhancement would bump it to 32. 4) Guy Wesley Reffitt. His son Jackson is now in hiding… but gave an interview before the January 6 riot Reffitt told his son he would “save the country,” and , “[My father] would always tell me that he’s going to do something big. 6) Reffitt is continuing his idiocy in jail…. Writing letters that are becoming public. Also his son recorded him… “You’ll find out that I had every constitutional right to carry a weapon and take over the Congress, as we tried to do,” he said in one recording, according to a transcript in court files. Jackson Reffitt, 18, has since moved out of the family home and is raising money to support himself and his schooling. 7) Reffitt went on to describe how the group [lll Percenters] might be able to disable a social media company’s servers by using a sniper rifle to disable the generators at a nearby Texas facility. According to court records, he said attacking the servers would “make them feel it back” in Washington, D.C. 8) In new filing Feds say that Reffitt exclaimed on video: “We are all going to drag those motherfuckers out, kicking & screaming. I just want to see Pelosi’s head hit every fucking stair on the way out.. Mitch McConnell too. F** ’em all.” In messages before Jan 6, Teffit wrote "The legislative branch has committed treason." "The fuel is set.
