Highlighting Jan 6 insurrectionists Ryan Zink AND Frank Giustino

1)  Ryan Scott Zink AKA Ryan Zink, Texas, senior at Texas Tech (Hello Roy Moore?) Father is running for office in Arizona…  Obstruction of an Official Proceeding; Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority and engages in any act of physical violence against any person or property in any restricted building or grounds.  He implicated himself constantly on Facebook…  "We knocked down the gates! We're storming (sic) the Capitol! You can't stop us."   “I went and fought for what I believe in I started no violence and even helped officers and injured people documented did what I felt was right. You don’t like it there’s a little button called Unfriend and do so immediately. A bunch of keyboard heroes saying what you would have done you weren’t there. You would have probably ran when it got heavy. I believe what I believe and if you believe different well that’s part of why I was there today. Standing up for all of us for the truth. You have no idea the hurt and pain this nation suffered today. I witnessed it first hand I saw people who were trained, coached, and deadset on destruction hurt police and then turn inward a woman died and you want to play games and talk shit to me aboutbeing there. History was made and I’m a part of it.”  “They are trying to charge us with sedition they will have to kill me I’m not coming quietly.”

BOASBERG presiding.  Found guilty after jury Zink and convicted of obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting, a felony offense, as well as two misdemeanor offense of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds and disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds. Judge Boasberg will sentence Zink on Dec. 18, 2023.

4) Zink likes to hear himself Talk.  So did the person viewing his taped bragging on Fecesbook when reporting to the FBI…   From the SOF:  ‘In one clip, the defendant recorded himself stating, “We knocked down the gates! We’re storming the Capitol! You can’t stop us!” [So peaceful.... see 5] In the same video, Zink panned the phone camera to show the crowd around him and later began chanting, “We want Trump!”, as he moved through the crowd at the footsteps of the Capitol. "Broke down the doors, pushed Congress out of session I took two flash bangs I'm ok (sic) I'll be posting pictures in a little bit when we get back I'm hurt but we accomplished the job.", He said peacefully...

Zink is the heard shouted, staring into his recording device: “You all want to know how it’s going? We are going to bum rush this s***!” In a second video, the defendant filmed the crowd as it attempted to breach the Rotunda Doors to the Capitol. Zink stated, “They’re not going to get this one.” In a third video, the Zink shouted, “You wanted to see what it’s become? 1)  Frank Giustino AKA Frank Rocko Giustino, New York, Massage Therapist, by someone who went to high school with him. "Shooting tear gas at us at the Capital. 2)  Giustino is pushing his luck…  Wants to represent himself. Fired his lawyer and had a melt down during a hearing… so added months to his 3 week recommendation of jail time.   He says that although he was there for his plea hearing and signed it, it is invalid because he was pressured to sign it… and under duress. https://www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-sentence-2662087623/#comments_section_start     Puts his “defence” on Youtube.  Judge did not use capitalization… and he feels he  is not being treated well…   Insanity… and in the comments they are praising his intelligence and research.

3)  Giustino is so assured of his innocence because the paperwork signed has no caps in the “So help me God” portion of the judicial oath, so therefore, he must be innocent!  (See his rant in 2)  But more importantly, he feels his declaration of innocence must also apply to tRUMP because his lawyers are using that oath as a motion for recusal of Judge Tanya Chutkan for tRUMP!
