Although this is a really interesting and thoughtful post, the immunity defense is garbage and tRUMP and his team know it. This nonsense will delay the trial which is what tRUMP actually wants. Denying and delaying were 2 strategies taught by his mob lawyer, Roy Cohn.
Reading the thoughtful comments was well worth my time, though. It reminds me that I can trust that there are still some sane Americans left. (FACE PALM! After writing that I remember I said that in 2016, amd coming out of my surgery stupor to hear tRUMP had won blasted away my confidence in that statement.
