This is kind of asshole behavior if you ask me. If he's walking around barefoot on a plane it means that he is sitting there with his shoes AND socks off. Do you really want to sit next to some guy who takes his shoes AND socks off on the plane? Not only bad manners but unhygienic. Seriously, fuck this guy.
