We could get lucky and have nothing bad happen, but, if a new pandemic hits, with RFK2 in charge of HHS and the Republic of Gilead (the new name of the USA after the coup in the Handmaid's Tale (maybe we should rename the Gulf of America the Gulf of Gilead)), I can easily see the over 10 million excess (preventable) deaths here.

Even if we luck out on public health (no pandemics under the 2nd Coming of God-Emperor Trump) we already suffer under this ChristoFascist Clown-Show. The Chinese have a curse:
