That sounds pretty cold and boring but when you find the right person to tell the story... it is anything but... and that person is NOT me. I add commentary but leave the hefty nuance to the experts. I have not read Emptywheel's analysis, but she is usually good for the cold hard facts, even though she sucks at nuance. And like me can get bogged down and be too literal , but man, she notices things no one else can , especially in huge document filings.
