Somehow, he got it into his worm-eaten brain that nuclear energy is bad. His fighting nuclear enery lead to the burning of more coal, which killed approximately 100 KiloPeople from airpollution & raised the temperature of the Earth by about .1 C° from burning more fossil-fuels.
Then he got it into his worm-infested brain that vaccines are bad. After a tragic accident when muscle-relaxant was used in MMR-Vaccines, killing 2 children in American Samoa, he flew to American Samoa & talked the politicians to stop vaccinating there. This lead to an outbreak of measles, sickeing myriads & killing 83.
This is the crap he has done since becoming Secretary of the Department of Health & Human Services:
