Somehow I don't think Peter the LDS Tooth Removal Fairy is the same tatt'ed up dude that's in the R frame. And he really didn't have enough facial hair to consider him "high risk" for severe C-19. Oh well, c'est la vie!

Sounds like the place he works and Arizona state dentistry itself are pulling a scam fest. Harm the aboriginals, immigrants, homeless and poor while taking government money, pull baby's teeth willy nilly, pull adult's teeth will nilly and other procedures without consent. (I added more below in a comment)

This dentist is like my former MD... who crashed his airplane twice by RUNNING OUT OF GAS! Not only is he still on the list of docs that can approve pilot licences... he is also an owner of the Angel flights in Alberta. (NOT free BTW) He was a sweet man but shit for a Doctor. He used to talk about his wife more than he let me talk about why I was there. (She was still his wife but lived in another city) My old doc now has so much money that he has paid to have his "accidents" removed from a search.

I would reveal too much about myself for my comfort describing what happened, but damn... we always have to remember that the docs and dentists with the lowest class scores are still Doctors and Dentists...

The patient said Dr. Spanganberg was supposed to remove her bottom teeth and a few top teeth. However, he extracted all of her teeth.

Unbelievably this was the second time this same thing happened with another dentist in Arizona. Also in Arizona, the numerous complaints of Dentists pulling baby teeth willy nilly floored me! And they leave very young children on the floor to die after surgery or strap them to empty O2 bottles. (Spandenbooger, sorry sp) was from New York and moved. Wonder why? It seems the bottom of the class also choose Arizona to practise in... being the complaints there are numerous and horrific. I checked for suspended licences and complaints. Guess what? The board has NOTHING on their site!
