Yes that is me folks. I have no idea how but there it is. Two Lateral flow tests in 36 hours confirm it. My oxygen yesterday was 97 and today 96. I said to Mrs Ferry on Sunday that was getting a cold, and on Monday had more sniffles. I though little of it and went and had my booster jab and flu done.on Tuesday but it was yesterday I was living in a world of soggy paper handkerchiefs. I took the test and it threw positive. I was shocked as I always mask like obsession. I didn't feel rough or anything. Just how colds give a streaming nose and sneezing. Mrs Ferry said it was the vax and I said no it does not show a positive due to vax. I am multi boosted as in Russia,Sputnk V first and second. Then Pfizer booster when in UK. In spring a further Sputnik light booster and Tuesdays booster. So now what happens? Today my runny nose has dried up mostly, no real cough at all. I think I have sailed through this so far. I tested Mrs Ferry and she shows negative.

Sorry Ferry. I was to get my omicron booster tomorrow but had to cancel. Last Tuesday I had an “allergy“ attack and tested negative. Wednesday I came home from work still sneezing off and on. Had a get together with my squad that evening (all vaxxed and boosted). Hubby handed me another test and said “You don’t look well”. He had in June and I managed to avoid it. Tested positive. About the same as you. Never a fever, sore throat or body aches. No fatigue, no hacking cough. My sinuses just wanted to explode. Today is day 10. Getting my smell and taste slowly back today. Literally stuck my face in a canister of Lysol wipes a few days ago to double check my smelling abilities. I kept asking myself the first few days “Is this all?” Hubby completely boosted couldn’t get out of bed for two days. Took a nap one day out of boredom and have slept just fine through the night. My company has a strict policy no one with a positive test allowed at work be damned CDC guideline. So here I am on day 10 still testing positive. It’s a good thing I live in Commiecalifornia and Governor Newsom has given us all 80 hours Covid sick pay. The worse is wondering “is this going to go south at any minute?”. And Mara the cat. I have become her human since my daughter moved across the country for grad school over a year ago. She claws and cries at my door 😓. But we don’t want to see what Covid cat would be like.
