Thomas Ring, 35, Glendale Springs, NC, Firefighter, anti-vaxxer, dead from COVID

According to this obituary, Thomas died from something on September 5, 2021. Thomas was a paramedic and firefighter in Glendale Springs. Despite his apparent willingness to save lives, he didn't seem too keen on saving his own. Oh well. This is a short one, but worthy of SAV given his career path. Shouldn't have happened this way. Like nurses, should we consider better educating EMS staff on infectious diseases? How the immune system works? How vaccines help the immune system? Perhaps an IQ test? I dunno. This is short one.
