Just spread an infectious agent, tell people that established medical treatments or vaccines for it are peddled by liberals, tell people that known prevention methods are a liberal conspiracy to destroy America, tell people that social contact is their right and an act of resistance to the God-hating liberals, and encourage them to use a known toxic substance as "treatment." You can likely spread the infectious agent by finding a ultra-right cult conspiracy leader to promote a harmful product you're selling and then just infecting the product. You'll need to think about the agent spreading beyond your target, so you'll likely want to go with an agent that has a vaccine and established treatment but doesn't mutate much. This will help protect you while still infecting your target, who does not believe in established medical treatments or prevention methods. Feel free to go with the most fatal infectious agent meeting these criteria that you can find: in fact, the more fatal your agent is, the more likely it is that people in the US will resist established prevention and treatment, while insisting on their right to spread it.

Ok so I've seen a few comments on SAV about Alex Jones going down. As far as I understand, he has been ordered to pay out money to Sandy Hook families, of which he likely will not pay the full sum because Texas will likely limit it, but he is still spreading lies, still is able to operate Info Wars and make money off it, and is not facing any jail time. So I don't quite understand how Alex Jones is going down. Is there any possibility of lawsuits that would actually result in Jones getting locked up (hopefully for the rest of his life)? Is there any possibility of lawsuits that would **actually** take down the empire of lies Jones has built and continues to feed? (And yes I've heard he had child porn on his phone but no I have not heard about that translating into legal or other repercussions for him.) I don't understand how some people who are so cavalier about covid are so much more concerned about shingles or monkeypox. Neither of those are pleasant, but they usually do not pose the risk that covid does. I don't want people to be less concerned about monkeypox or shingles, but I want people to have more cautious about covid.
