We have low cases and low hospitalizations. Even with 10,000 tourists a day for 9 days for the World's championship and 2 other festivals at the same time, the peak that was predicted never materialized. I only mask where required but do test every week. Some people do wear masks but no one bothers them. We are going to an outdoor concert this weekend, the first big event for us since the pandemic. My husband and I are vaxxed and boosted. We have tickets to a Reggae/Ska concert at an outdoor venue. Today we scored tickets to see Hamilton at an indoor concert venue. Proof of vax, testing and masks are not required. This is the first time we have attended anything like this since the pandemic.

My husband's appointment was cancelled today because 2 employees have Covid. This is a dental office that does special procedures. I also had work done there and noticed some office employees and patients not wearing masks even though a mandate is still in place. We had our 4th booster this month and Covid hospitalizations are way down in our area. Many of their patients are seniors, like us. The dentist has been traveling back and forth to Oklahoma to visit his girlfriend. Going to another dentist is not an option.
