It is contagious as hell. i help my business partner care for his bed ridden mom. Before Christmas her brother flew in from out of state snd her family got together for the first time in years. next day they all tested positive. Two days later he and his mom tested positive. Next morning I was coughing and hard to breathe. Fortunately EVERYONE was vaxed. IT STILL SUCKED and we were tired tired tired for two weeks or more. I wore a mask when entering their home and still got it. Can’t imagine what it would have been like if we had not been vaxed. Nobody even went to the doctor.
