Agreed. Vaxman and @Vaxxylady manage to run this site while having lives to live.. They have created something here that is, imo, historic. fresh meat is awesome, but I would prefer to know that the people running the site aren’t doing so to the detriment of their emotional health and personal relationships. So while I’m hungry for fresh meat, I won’t starve. It’ll just make it taste better when it’s finally served! Thank you both for this strangely beautiful space you’ve created.

I did apologize publicly to Vaxxlady for her having to deal with the stress of RPN’s decompensation. If our disagreement, which he grossly misrepresented in his hysterical emails to Vaxxlady and which took place in the *comments section of a website* led to his apparent breakdown, then I hope he gets the help he needs for whatever made him snap. And no, I have not received a warning, stern or otherwise, from anyone. Why would I?

clearly I was the one who upset RPN so much they had to cancel their account. To be very clear, I did in fact state that I (like many others) disagreed with donating to this family. Others felt moved to donate and did so. Fine. When I looked at the GoFundMe, I did notice that some people appeared to be using their real names when donating. I merely warned them that they should select the “anonymous“ option when donating because, yes, they were unwittingly making themselves potential targets for doxximg. RPN was simply upset that I disagreed with his POV about the ethics of donating to that family and flipped out. I was actually trying to help SAV’ers who disagreed with me about donating to donate their money without accidentally outing themselves. I make no apologies for that whatsoever. It was never a scare tactic, and anyone who claims otherwise is being disingenuous. ETA: It is sad that he felt the need to leave, but I genuinely hope he returns. I doubt he can resist the temptation to do so.
