So, the House approves and passes the scotus budget. Some portion, no doubt, is mandated. So we can’t, more than likely, take the scotus budget to $0 next year. That notwithstanding, our reps can, and should, make the process drawn out, painful and ultimately resulting in the minimum possible money for the court. Starve the bastards. Let your reps know if you live in a place where your reps are human beings.
