Yes, the idea for this thread was to save you work. Me, or anyone else, would post a lead and then others would help investigate and then if it turned up anything, submit it through the formal channel. It wasn’t intended to make you do anything additional.

Oh, I know!! I hope you don't think I'm ungrateful or being critical. I think that someone from the "outside" may have caught onto the thread now! That stinks but we do have trolls who browse a lot and the thread has been here long enough for antivaxxers to see it and follow.

Maybe we can do what we tried before, if we get a good submission I can come here and ask for some help and send that info to some of the trusted volunteers. Then, we can try and keep the lead secret so the potential candidate can't scrub their page.

No, I just don’t want you to feel obligated to look into any of these. They’re probably all time suckers that will go nowhere. I figure if sleuths check in now and again they can look around if they choose. Even if they don’t it’s a way I can vent about all this fucking death and waste of resources. The voter registrations are usually correct. He could be completely sane and maybe even vaxxed. This virus is a beast. So many people are sick out in public. Unashamedly coughing. I was just in a store tonight with a number of them. In a blue state! Imagine the red states are even worse. Unreal.

That's a heartbreaking one. I tried to find something on his Mom but couldn't. Regardless, I don't want to post anything that could come back to the child since it could stick with him for life and he likely didn't have a choice on being vaccinated or not. That poor kid though. He's had a hard enough life, I hope he survives Covid.

Some people have helped on the ones with comments. It’s possible that others have tried on some. I can’t do much more than read hundreds and hundreds of GFMs. Some of these would still make decent articles just for the regrets. I found some where the families showed major regrets. One man that survived said he managed to get 40 friends and family members vaccinated after he made his near fatal error. So there’s some stuff available but nowhere near the prior FB evidence that used to be easy to find. So many have scrubbed up. There was one SAVer that used to link to their friends and try to track down old comments they’d left. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of that sleuth. They were so good at harvesting things that had been expunged. It would take a ton of effort on some of these. Others, at least those dead cops, maybe easier.

@Pro-Vaccinator, not procrastinator Yes, she’s great at FB, but that isn’t the person that was tracking people via comments. From what I gathered they’d friend up their friends and then scroll and scroll and take screen captures. I should go look through Austin’s friend list and see if it puts the hamster in the wheel. @Ex-Frontline AA2153 Yeah, it looks like most of these will turn out that way or scrubbed. The only way I’ve seen some of these people busted is when a comment made by them was found on a friends page. But the amount of work is pretty intense.

@DeathofRats-BadgeHoorMaroon I'm also finding most FB pages are scrubbed. It's hard to track down people from GoFundMe on FB or Twitter when so many people have common names. It's pretty tough.

@Vaxxylady Yeah, these are really illustrative of the types of people suffering needlessly and the need for better services. I suspect that the GFM begging is actually going to increase soon because the financial protections have dried up due to Republicans. That will probably drive the need for scrubbing socials. People won’t want to risk losing donations. They’ll walk these lines of trying to appeal to “both sides” so they can hope to make their mortgage. I still enjoy seeing all the Xtian loons flaming out. I want to scream when I read the fraction of GFMs where they were vaxxed and murdered by the assholes that proliferated this disease.

@Vaxxylady Horrifying and I totally blame the Republican spin machine that made it seem like young people were safe. If they’d not behaved that way, the young people wouldn’t have waited until Delta hit. When I got my first booster in August ‘21, all the people with me were young adults getting their first dose. They weren’t ever really antivax. They simply thought they’d be fine because they were young. Republicans failed so bigly. They got so many people killed. Insidious disinformation.

The GFM is made in his sister's name, with a brother as the sole beneficiary. Another brother made 2 of the 1k donations which is the bulk of the proceeds.... The sister says he was "succesful in his alternative career path, he was successful." The scholarship Student2Scholar program does not even have a real address. It lists a P.O.Box and a county in Virginia... so very iffy (ans fishy) organization... Ummm.... what a weird family. I wish I had Fecesbook, only because I would delve further; I refuse to have anything to do with that site.

The GFM brags that he owned his own business... Fisher industries. Fisher industries owns that name. It is a huge company from SD but sells franchises all over the states. It is known for fraud and nastiness and also getting tRUMP contract to build the wall... They sell their name and a truck to haulers like Jeremy so that they can pay for their truck over time... and have their own "business." Kind of like a rent to own house where you pay for it many times over.

I could not find him anywhere so he may have registered his "business" in another town where he would pick up his loads.
