I would have just gotten the MMR-Vaccine, but my provider insisted on testing for antibodies (I suppose that if the test cost less than the vaccine, and most have antibodies, it costs less to insist on tests before vaccination). My provider, Kaiser (at least it is not United Healthcare), says that this 1 booster is all the MMR I get. I already got my 2 vaccinations for shingles and am current on all other vaccinations.
