How are all of those checks and balances working out for you, America? I always read that they worked imperfectly, but if this is a system "working," I hate to see it when it fails entirely as it hands tRUMP the presidency again. "Trump employee 5," Brian Butler, spoke out about tRUMP and his 20 year's working relationship with tRUMP. He quit in November 2022 because of the criminal case and has since been cooperating with the investigation.

Sept 8: It is hilarious that CNN has been hammering into the public that there is a new 'breaking' story that Yuscil Tarveras had flipped when that was covered in the Aug 1 UPDATE #68. Sept 7: tRUMP's original lead attorney on the classified documents case, Evan Corcoran, made audio memos after having conversations with tRUMP about the DOJ subpoena and possible subsequent FBI involvement. He warned tRUMP in person at Mar-a-Lago, and soon after, 'Corcoran got his own warning from another Trump attorney: If you push Trump to comply with the subpoena, "he's just going to go ballistic," Corcoran recalled.'
The reason for the audio tapes was because what tRUMP was asking him to do and repeatedly asked him to do was illegal, which is also why a judge ruled this was proof of a crime and no longer attorney client privileged. (CYA in other words)

A stay has been granted and the DOJ will be able to continue their investigation into tRUMP and the classified material, at least for now. Both parties will appeal, however there is a legal wall to further appeal to the 11th circuit. (Will add when I find someone who explains it well)... so will likely go to SCOTUS if they would even take it up. They should not as it is a sham and will further darken their kangaroo court, but we shall see.

September 12, Justice Dept. accepts a tRUMP candidate for special master, Raymond J. Dearie, 78, a former chief federal judge in New York. Now it is is up to MAGA Judge Cannon must to approve the Special Master or continue to delay the classified documents investigation.
He is also so old that he was a part of the time when the mob was rampant in NY and Guliani replaced Dearie as the US Attorney for that District. He may be well respected but he may also have a background with Kallstrom and tRUMP, who "cooperated" with the FBI to keep his casinos from being shut down. All 4 judges are tRUMP's choice, so know there is a background he knows about but we do not.
Judge Cannon has already shown she is working for tRUMP and is manipulating the law to rule in his favour. Her reputation is sliding into the gutter... but she seems not to care. I am not optimistic she plans to keep herself from falling further into the gutter.

Judge Cannon was a ringer all along...CONFIRMED! There is some solace to be taken. Jay Bratt, a counterintelligence official in DOJ's national security division, was at Maralago in June. He also signed off on today's submission to Judge Cannon. A counterintelligence FBI special agent was also on the team of the August Maralago search and seizure.
Their past specialties includes cases involving espionageand hopefully, they will make sure there are no more delays from tRUMP or an overstepping judge to jeopardize national security and delay/obstruct justice.

Trump isn't gonna get anything from filing documents. He'll be lucky to get a copy of the indictment they're throwing at him pretty soon.
Over 300 papers were classified, and some of them were in the highest classification.
They're not his, they're the US Government's and he's going to prison.
The sooner, the better.
Maybe nobody, aside from Trump and friends, have seen the documents because Trump stole them in the first place so he would have something to barter with if/when he flees the country. Trump isn't going to go to prison, and if he sees the walls closing in on him he will need to move fast to somewhere that can provide him with protection from extradition and allow him to live the high life for his remaining years. I suspect Trump put together a broad, classified, overview of our intelligence services that would appeal to our political enemies so he could buy himself protection using something more valuable and portable than money to dictators. This would explain why he took the material he took, why he is so angry that the FBI took it away - cutting down on his escape insurance - and why there is no evidence that he had already leaked any of it.
It would also explain why he pulled his long range Boeing 757 out of mothballs in NY and is getting it refurbished in Louisiana to put back into service ASAP supposedly so he can use it for his 2024 campaign.
300 Classified Documents that trump personally had gone through and retained.
That’s a lot of violations and a lot of penalties since they add up. Each offense carries a penalty.
