Update 9/23/21: Andre' Jacque, the unvaccinated Wisconsin State Senator who has been hospitalized for more than month battling COVID, has been released from the hospital. He's at a care facility now with months of healing and rehab ahead of him. And, more importantly, he's redeeming himself somewhat as his wife released this statement: "While vaccination is a personal choice, I ask that those individuals who are eligible and able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine please consider placing their trust in the medical professionals who recommend it," As if trusting a medical professional is something out of the ordinary for these people. What the...ok, well, it's a step in the right direction, anyway. Get well, Andre'! Old Story: According to this story Andre' Jacque, a Wisconsin State senator, has been hospitalized with COVID. Jacque has adamantly opposed vaccine mandates and authored legislation prohibiting government officials or business owners from requiring proof of vaccination. He also opposed the statewide mask mandate. Amazing that so many of these GOP politicians are against vaccines when they clearly fall into the high risk category for severe COVID (i.e. old, overweight, or both).

According to social media posts (below), David Hill passed away on September 22, 2021 after battling COVID for a little over a month. David was against the vaccine and safety measures. Let's see why. By now you've heard this story. Hana was the lead singer of the Czech folk band "Asonance", which unfortunately sounds like a combination: Asinine + Dissonance = Asonance. Hana's husband and son were vaxxed, while Hana remained unvaxxed. Her husband and son got sick at home, and Hana not only didn't take any precautions, but in a post that will live in infamy, said something to the effect that she was glad to catch COVID, and she was feeling better, and now she could go places like the sauna. If she hadn't posted that, the entire world wouldn't be laughing at her this week. Now, in the recent post on Meat Loaf, I tried to explain that I don't feel right posting people who were simply unvaxxed, not militant anti-vaxx crusaders who were hell-bent on convincing everyone to join their army of anti-vaxxers. There has certainly been some disagreement among the SAV crowd over my take on Meat Loaf as not being worthy of a SAV entry. I think this Hana case is a better example of a post that I should not be writing. So, why shouldn't I make this post? Well, there have been many stories written about this site by woke snowflake liberal journalists who attack it as some kind of inhumane glib mockery of dead victims who denied the vaccine, which it is. However, all but one of those journalists caught the reason for doing what we're doing, and understood exactly which types of people we are mocking. According to social media posts below, Michael died from COVID on January 10, 2022. Michael is a rare breed: a gay conservative anti-vaxxer. This is only our. third entry from the LGBT community, I think. What's different from the other two is that, at his age, he went through the 1980s AIDS epidemic, which Dr. Fauci fought so hard to understand and contain. According to this GoFundMe page, both Brandon and his father Eddie have died of COVID on or around September 27, 2021. Brandon expressed some anti-vaxx views. We aren't sure why Eddie wasn't vaccinated, as he didn't publicly express anything. COVID is mean, get vaccinated. Brandon's girlfriend Loren has that message for us. According to this obituary and this story, James and Carol passed around August 25, 2021, within 48 hours of each other. Were they anti-vaxxers?
